Chaperone ratios

Schools: 1 free chaperone per 5 paying students; minimum 1:8 staff supervision including our team. Corporate: 1 host per 30 guests, no charge. We send a printable chaperone map and a 60‑second safety video with every confirmation packet.

Accessibility

Our entire miniature vehicle fleet is ADA‑accessible, all 27 themed zones are wheelchair‑reachable via paved paths, and we hold a sensory‑quiet hour every Tuesday at 9 a.m. (lights at 40%, music off, capacity capped at 60 guests). Service animals are welcome across the park.

Food allergies & dietary needs

Catered lunches come from three vetted local vendors, all allergen‑aware and able to label individual meals. We accommodate nut‑free, gluten‑free, vegan, and halal with 72 hours' notice. You can also bring a sack lunch — our picnic lawn has shaded and unshaded sections.

Weather contingency
